
Greg Sizemore, MA, JD
Principal
Greg Sizemore is an entrepreneur and academic. He serves on various industry and civic boards including the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for over two decades and, in 2013, was the recipient of the “Outstanding Adjunct Professor Award.”
Mr. Sizemore holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, where he was a member of the NKU Law Review, and is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio.

Nathaniel Sizemore, JD
Principal
Nathaniel Sizemore is an entrepreneur, attorney, and author with over a decade of professional services experience. Most recently, Nathaniel co-founded an award-winning staffing and recruiting firm which developed a national, and international, client base and which supports a variety of industry sectors.
In the academic community, Nathaniel has served as an adjunct law professor at NKU Chase College of Law, and is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati.
Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University, where he was the recipient of the “Political Science Faculty Award” and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.

Dr. Cynthia Sizemore, Ed.D.
Executive Advisor
Starting her career in real estate, and later transitioning to higher education, Cindy has a diverse professional background which transcends multiple industry sectors. Starting her academic career at Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) where she served for over a decade, Dr. Sizemore is currently the Director of Development at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. However, she still serves as an adjunct professor at IWU.
Dr. Sizemore has Associate’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Kentucky University, a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctorate degree from Capella University.
